Healthy teachers are the key to successful teaching and high-quality schools. Targeted in-house health promotion is important not only for teacher wellbeing, but also for the attractiveness of the school workplace in times of teacher shortages and for the quality of schooling. The keynote presents reasons and guidelines for effective in-house health promotion in schools based on research findings.
