The "Lehrplan 21" and various VET courses require the teaching of algorithmic thinking, programming skills and some robotics as computer science basics - all at an entry level appropriate to the level. The presentation shows how the European Certificate of Digital Literacy (ECDL), which has so far been limited to office applications, can be extended to include the topics of "computing" and "robotics".
