Healthy teachers are the key to successful teaching and high-quality schools. Targeted in-house health promotion is important not only for teacher well-being but also for ensuring the attractiveness of the school workplace in times of teacher shortages. Using research findings as its basis, this keynote speech will look at reasons and guidelines for effectively promoting health in schools.
